Shipping policy

Deliveries are possible to the following EU countries and Switzerland: Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Serbia.

Shipping costs

From 100 Euro shopping cart value we deliver free of shipping costs.
For shopping cart values below 100 Euro the following flat rates apply:
Shipping costs within Germany amount to 2.90 euros.
Shipping costs to the other listed EU countries and Switzerland are 9.90 Euro.

Information about customs duties

If the delivery is made toa non-EU country (e.g. Switzerland) , additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer. However, not to us (mate) but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there or to the logistics service provider (primarily DHL). The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before placing the order.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees (e.g. for deliveries to Switzerland).

Shipping time

Within Germany, shipping takes about 2-3 business days.
To Austria and Switzerland the shipping takes about 4-7 working days.
To the other supplied EU countries, shipping can take between 14-30 days.
